Mona Doggett Wilson is a dynamic and dedicated professional development leader and consultant. She is committed to connecting business with community development endeavors.   Her career spans over 15 years with a diverse professional background in organizational development.

 
 

She has managed teams, lead projects, and facilitated training in both corporate and non-profit sectors.  Her diverse background includes experience in several industries as a facilitator/coach, including Healthcare, Medical Device Distribution and Education, focusing on Quality, HR, and Organizational Development. 

 
 

Mona is most passionate about the development of others to actualize recognizable change and achieve extraordinary results. Mona has successfully guided team building sessions,  mission/purpose workshops, self-awareness sessions, and helped to develop individual and team actionable plans to increase productivity and performance.

Mona holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis in International Studies, a Master Degree of Arts in Healthcare Administration and a Master Degree of Arts in International Studies & Communications from Boston University. She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, attained while working with for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, the largest integrated healthcare network in Memphis, Tennessee.
